Booking from Overseas can be a little nervy but NewYorkStay were fantastic with wonderful communication between them, the owner and myself. The place we stayed was amazing and we will definitely be staying there again when we come back in the near future. This is a brilliant service and easy to search for many different properties in New York City. I would highly recommend this company.

We stayed in the Upper East Side at East 65th Street and Madison Avenue a great location for our weeks stay.
We booked with NewYorkStay after seeing the reviews on Trustpilot. I guessed a company with a 9/10 must be OK.
On ringing, I got answered right away, no answering machine or electronic voice recording, straight through to a real person.
Chandra was amazing and ever so helpful. We have been to NewYork a few times so knew where we wanted to stay. Chandra got us a few options for our dates and knew each apartment well having viewed them all personally.
Booking was easy and Chandra confirmed everything within minutes.
I really recommend this company for their customer service. They treat the customer as KING.
The apartment was great. Simply perfect for us and a pleasure to stay in.
All went as planned and would use NewYorkStay again for our next NewYork visit.

Great Soho loft - perfect host (grateful to him for some very useful advice). you'd never think broadway is just a few yards away and honestly, do you really want to be part of all these sheep-herd-like tourists driven through gates and barriers? just running from one sightseeing place to the next and completely missing out NY. this place gives you the chance to LIVE for some days in NY, even more, it almost forces you to live this experience. if sterile, 0815 plushy hotel-rooms are your thing, then stay away. if you enjoy to have "smile to go", a wonderful cafe, just two steps away, to pick up your morning cafe latte together with croissants or scones and meet people in the street, then it's a must. unforgettable.

Great Loft Apartment in SOHO (Little Italy)
Staying in this beautiful apartment in a great location made our stay in NYC very special. The apartment is big, clean and extremely conveniently located. The owner, Larry met us and was very helpful explaining the area to us. When we come back to NYC this is where we will stay again.

Having stayed many times in Hotels, our group of friends wanted something in NY that was more like a homestay to give us extra space to relax. I found NewYorkStay.com via the review sites and I'm so glad I did, as Chandra and the team were excellent from the first pre-booking enquiry, to the last day in NY. Customer service is second to none, there was always a very speedy response and the whole booking process was easy and backed up by equally friendly hosts. The loft style apartment (ref270) was in a great location and set up really well for the four of us, but would easily suit a family or two couples easily. Bedrooms at the back are quiet and with minimal noise from the busy street (Broadway) outside. The apartment is well furnished and supplied with everything we needed, although we ate out most meals!! I would be very happy to recommend NewYorkStay.com to anyone looking to have a better NY experience.

wanted to leave a quick review regarding my recent trip with NewYorkStay, to say the least, they are probably the best travel accommodation service ever. They responded to all my questions extremely fast with extremely helpful and professional responses.
When we got there we met with the apartment keeper who showed us around and gave us a mini tour of the surrounding area, she was extremely friendly and told us all the local bars and restaurants and fun places for us to visit! It was amazing. The apartment was just lovely too, extremely well kept and clean and tidy.
Highly recommended!

NewYorkStay.com is an extremely effective way of booking an apartment for a trip, the site is well laid out and easy to navigate through to choose the variables for our apartment. I'm extremely pleased with the service I was offered and I thought it was extremely professional! Everything worked out well and I would definitely use them in the near future for the next time I need an apartment to stay at in New York. I stayed there for an extended weekend and I just loved the apartment, it was so clean and fresh and it even smelled great. I've recommended this to a few of my business colleagues too.

There was a great level of communication between me, my partner and the guys who helped us at NewYorkStay to ensure we had the best possible experience ever. It was extremely pleasant and the whole process was easy. There was no problems checking in and me and my partner stayed for 4 days. The apartment was lovely and even though I would of liked a bigger kitchen everything else was great.
I had great comfort when I slept in the bedroom and there was plenty of comfortable and luxurious furniture to use and relax on, everything was clean and there was plenty of space apart from the kitchen which was just a tiny bit smaller than I expected but even so it was great! Also a very lovely area of new york. I'll use again.

We will be visiting New York for a special trip for my 60 th birthday I spent literally days checking various sites online made lots of enquiries of places supposedly free for our dates that fitted my very specific wishes. However without exception all replies came back sorry that one is not free but this one is ( all were in totally different areas and had fewer of my wish list features) I was also concerned when I googled the reviews of the various sites I was using to see some real "horror stories" then I found by accident Newyorkstay.com and checked their reviews and couldn't find any negative ones and many recommended a lady called Chandra. I then checked out the site and found two places that looked right for us, so being resident at present in the Netherlands I decided to call the contact number and was amazed to get Chandra herself who turned out to be just as helpful as everyone said she listened to my wish list and yes both properties were free! On asking her opinion on which she would recommend, she advised the one I booked because it was winter when we were coming but would have said the other one if it was summer as it had a beautiful outdoor area. Not only that after telling her my son was coming with his partner to join us from Australia and was planning a full itinerary of restaurant theatre and sightseeing trips she sent us the most comprehensive list of information I've ever received on my many travels! on where to go including lots of other categories.
I also emailed a query I had and she rang me as she felt that was better than swapping emails.
I have also had lovely emails from the owner who also can provide airport pickups mobile phone with free US calls plus spa treatments if we wanted.
I really feel so excited now and these two lovely ladies have made me feel confident instead of wary of what we might find!
Chandra's team also offer a number to call once there should there be problems plus the owner has also supplied her contact details.

Had a great booking experience with Chandra, and a good check in experience with Marlon. We stayed 5 nights at an apt in the heart of Little Italy on Mulberry St. Although advertised as a 3 bdrm, it's actually a 2 bdrm with a 3rd bed partitioned by bookcases in the living room, and a pull out sofa bed. This was not ideal or what we expected - the two people staying in that bed got little sleep due to the noise and lights from the living area. The other two bedrooms were quiet and fairly comfortable with portable heaters keeping it very cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, but needed a microwave and/or pots & baking dishes. There was no way to heat leftovers except with a frying pan. The full size fridge, gas stove and two full sinks were nice, though. We also enjoyed the large dining table, and lots of room to spread out in the large living room. Being right above several excellent Italian restaurants was wonderful, and made late night dining possible. The closest subway are about 4-6 blocks away - green and yellow lines, and they took us just about anywhere we wanted to go in uptown, downtown or midtown. We took the J train from the same stop out to the JFK Airtrain very inexpensively (although the whole trip took about 1.5 hours). Overall, I'd recommend it for the proximity to Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown, but think carefully about the bedroom placing (bring earplugs and sleep masks for the front room). Hopefully, the owners will consider building a 3rd bedroom in the large dining space back by the other two rooms to make a real 3rd bdrm.
