Located on a tree -lined block in the East Village near the famous Tompkins Square Park, this 3BR/2BA duplex apartment features hard wood floors, high ceilings, modern appliances and a private back yard with patio. The master Bedroom has a queen bed with French doors that open to the backyard patio and a bath en suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and also overlooks the backyard. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed with access to the backyard. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances including a miele stove and refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils and pots and pans. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a washer and dryer in the laundryroom just outside from the 3rd bedroom.

After the booking confirmation owner requires 40% of the balance due by credit card Remaining balance due 2 weeks before arrival CANCELLATION POLICY: The total amount of the reservation minus a $90.00 cancellation fee is reimbursed if the cancellation has been communicated to the property manager in written format more than 30 days prior to arrival date. With 15-30 days notice, the deposit will be forfeited. With 1-14 days notice, the total amount will be forfeited.
