All apartments, Check in from 2 PM, Check Out midday or before.

Late check outs available were possible if no guests are checking in to your apartment.

Apartment rates based on 2 people staying. Additional charge applies for extra guests.

Per extra adult $25 -$40 charge.

Roll - away bed $25 - $40 charge.

CRIB $15 - $25 charge.

Kitchen - Basic food supply $40- $50 charge.

Cleaning services $50 -$150

Laundry services - Most buildings have coin operated laundry facilities

Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of your check in date are subject to a 1 night room and tax penalty.

Cancellations or changes made within 2 days of the check in date are subject to $50 penalty. Cancellations or changes made after check in date, are subject to 100% penalty.

At Reservation Confirm booking 10% Credit Card

At Check-In Balance of Account 90% Cash or Credit card

Reservation, Modification and Cancellation Request

Once the reservation is confirmed and the down payment is received, a voucher will be issued. This voucher must be printed and given to us on check-in.

Once the reservation is confirmed, any modification or cancellation request must be made through NewYorkStay.com by phone (+31 20 3206402), by email or by online form but is subject to the above cancellation policy.

We confirm your booking and send full directions by e-mail after booking is confirmed.

Any questions regarding your reservation can be send to us via e-mail or you can phone us if you have an urgent question.

Once the reservation is confirmed and the down payment is received, a confirmation e-mail is issued. This e-mail should be printed and produced to the accommodation owner

If the voucher will not be shown to the accommodation provider, the accommodation provider reserves the right to vary prices & conditions applied in the voucher.

Credit Card is charged a booking deposit of 10% of the total booking..

No price or reservation is guaranteed until we confirm your reservation by e-mail.

No refunds will be given for checking out early.

Cancellations or changes made within 3 days of the check in date are subject to a 1 night room and tax penalty.

Cancellations or changes made within 2 days of the check in date are subject to $50 penalty.

Check in time is 3:00 PM, Check out time is 12:00 PM.

Cancellations or changes made after check in date, are subject to 100% penalty.
