New York Stay part of the World Escape LLC Group is committed to respecting your privacy. All our web sites are designed with your privacy in mind and so that you may visit them without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information, unless you opt to do so. Once you opt to provide personal data information it will only be used to carry out the the booking you have requested us to reserve on your behalf. We do not collect e-mail addresses and we do not use them in anyway

including marketing as we never sent news letters etc to our clients unless they have themselves opted into one of our monthly news letters, we never use you mail address for marketing reasons and any other reason.

When making a reservation:

When you make a reservation online or by phone through our reservation centre, you will be asked for your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. This information is used to carry out your booking request and/or to bill you for your travel purchase. During the booking process you can choose to receive or not to receive our newsletter, monthly offers and discounts or last minute travel offers by un-clicking the appropriate boxes on the online form.

Information Sharing

WorldEscape will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties. Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will only share the personal data you provide online with other third-party vendors that are acting on our/your behalf to complete your reservation requests described above.

And when requested to we must cooperate with any information requests from law enforcement agencies. Sorry.
