How much does it cost?
There is a one off administration fee to set up your account. We charges a commission on each booking that is fulfilled.
Do I get charged for each enquiry or booking that comes through?
No, the commission is only paid for a booking if the customer goes ahead. This means that there is no risk as you do not pay for the lead unless the order is fulfilled.
Do I qualify?
To qualify you must meet the following criteria:
Provide WorldEscape with a choice of high quality apartments
Booking and payment facilities
Dedicated customer service via phone and email
Capability of fulfilling high quality customer service
I only have one apartment do I qualify?
If you have one property with a number of apartments, WorldEscape will be happy to consider you as a partner. If you only own one apartment, you do not qualify to be an WorldEscape partner however WorldEscape can offer you a listing on the web site for an annual fee.
If I qualify, am I tied to the WorldEscape in any way?
There is no obligation to promote your apartments using the WorldEscape Serviced Apartments. WorldEscape provides an opportunity to promote to a US and European based audience. If you choose not to promote to this audience you may remove apartments at any time.
How do I find out more?

The Apartment Rentals Corporation provides ' Featured Apartments' that are shown on the home page, dedicated ' Featured Apartments' page and on specific destination pages. Details of these can be found once you are accepted as a partner and have logged in. Apartments that offer added incentives will also be promoted via the "Apartment Rentals Corporation benefits" program. Contact us for further details.
How do I know that the booking has come from the WorldEscape?
The booking will come to you on an Apartment Rentals Corporation booking enquiry form, with a unique reference number.
How do I track the amount of commission due to the WorldEscape ?
You must notify WorldEscape of all bookings that are fulfilled by providing an itemised statement of all fulfilled orders on a monthly basis.
How much is the commission ?
The customer pays 10% commission as booking deposit, which is charged to his credit card on line at time of reservation. The balance is payable to the property directly upon arrival.
