We really appreciate your comments and feed back all of which we use to improve our accommodation standards. If we get get bad feedback on a place you have stayed we treat this serious and always contact the accommodation to find out what happened and to make sure it does not happen again.

We also use them as guides to the better places to stay and when contacted directly by a client by phone or mail we recommend the places which are clients have recommended

Unfortunately most of the time we cannot provide a personal response to your comments
